Pro Tools / DAE will not launch, says "Multishell code is missing"
A:
Digidesign DSP Manager extension is not enabled in Extensions Manager.* Turn on Digidesign DSP Manager in Extensions Manager and reboot.* If this extension is missing, load from the CD-ROM, System Folder Items folder.
