Q:
I keep getting 6010 errors and/or 9093 & 9094 errors. How do I resolve this issue?
A:
The 6010 errors indicate that Pro Tools and the DAE can't acquire the Audio Media III card hardware. In most cases this involves a conflict with another application (often Media Player) taking hold of the Audio Media III card before Pro Tools can (re)acquire the hardware. Try turning off active in background in the operations menu within Pro Tools. If errors persist this is an indication of a possible driver conflict or that another program is running in the background. Disable extraneous drivers and background applications.
