When using MIDI in Pro Tools 5.xsometimes MIDI notes appear with a "x"through the notes, rendering the note unable to be moved. This can happen also in certain modes with the pencil toolor grabber and the shift or option key.

The only way to fix that is to replace the MIDI note with the pencil tool. Since the note cannot be moved or deleted it must be replaced.
