-Total length for Single-ended, Asynchronous (Slow) SCSI cabling is 6 meters.-Total length for Single-ended, Ultra is 3 meters with 3 peripherals (HDs), and 1.5 meters for 4 or more. -LVD max length is 12 meters but you have to make sure that all your drives are LVD and that the Initiator (SCSI host) is LVD capable too; otherwise, you are under the first or second restrictions depending on what type of mechanisms you are mixing on the SCSI chain.
