This can be caused by :1) Installing the Wave driver with the add new hardware control panel instead of specifying the location of the driver when the Digi hardware was first detected.2) Forgetting to restart after the install of the wave driver. (Note:After installing the wave driver, there is no prompt to restart the computer, so the user may think that they do not need to restart the computer after the install.)
