Is it possible to run Audiovision 4.1 v10 without video hardware for the purpose of opening a project and saving it as a Pro Tools session?

Yes. When you launch AV, you will get a dialog "No Video Display." DO NOT close this dialog. Drag it to the bottom of the screen and continue working. Closing the dialog will cause AV to crash.You must have the Pro Tools III hardware installed to run AudioVision.
