In Pro Tools TDM 5.0.1 with two plug-in windows open simultaneously (one TDM and one RTAS), numeric field of only one can be adjusted. The field of the second window can be highlighted, but the cursor remains in the first window clicked into.

Adjusting the sliders still works fine, so this bug is fairly benign. Although, it could cause unsaved plug-ins settings to be lost accidentally.
