Pro Tools 5.1 freezes/crashes when assigning 9-pin Machine Control (using a Keyspan USA-28X USB Twin Serial Adapter with driver v.1.7).
 
A:
Updating to Keyspan USA-28x software version 1.8 may solve this problem.
