"Unable to create DAE Deck" error when launching Pro Tools 5.0.1. PTIII system (Disk I/O and DSP Farm) in a 2001 model G4 with OS 9.1.

This is a known incompatibility with DSI 5.0.1. This is fixed in DSI 5.0.1cs8.
