'Access Denied" or "error executing inpage command." errors when using MacOpener 5.0 with audio drives for Pro Tools TDM on Windows 2000.

MacOpener 5.0 cannot read from audio drives without MacOpeners' MacLic.exe running first. This is a bug with some versions of the Mac Opener on Win2k.The workaround is to put MacLic.exe in your start up group or launch it when needed.
