Q:
The Speech Extension (OS 9.1) causes a conflict with Soft SampleCell 3.0 which could crash a CPU when attempting to load more samples into memory than you have free memory available.
 
A:
Example: If a bank is created in SSC Editor while not running Pro Tools, it is possible that opening this bank while Pro Tools is running will overrun the memory available. An error dialog will result stating that there is not enough memory to open the samples. Clicking OK in this dialog can cause a Bus Error Crash if the Speech Extension is loaded. Disable the Speech Extension if this crash is happening.
