Q:
When launching Pro Tools LE on WIN 98SE or Me, an error pops up that says "This software requires installation of certain device drivers and reboot before running. Please reboot or install the software."
A:
This is caused by a corruption in the Interlok or PACE system files.- Go to ADD/REMOVE Programs in Control Panels- Remove PACE System Files, Pro Tools LE, D-Verb, etc..- Reinstall Pro Tools LE, D-verb, etc... (PACE System files will automatically be reinstalled) - Restart and it should launch fine.
