August 8, 2001If you use the "Easy Install" option when performing a new or "clean" installation of Pro Tools LE 5.1 for Macintosh from the CD ROM, you will get the following warning/error message:"no installation was necessary, the files to be installed are already on your disk or were not needed for your hardware setup." In order to avoid this error, you must use the "Custom Install" option that the installer defaults to when launched.
