The Installer application for SampleCell NT v2.1.1 requires Windows NT Service Pack 3 to be Installed on your PC. However, the SampleCell NT v2.1.1 Editor is compatible with Windows NT Service Pack 4. To work around this issue first start with a clean installation of Windows NT Service Pack 3; next install SampleCell v2.1.1; finally install Windows NT Service Pack 4.
