Yes, you can use NTFS for your system and audio drives. There are some issues with copy protection and selecting NTFS for your system volume. After adding or updating software using Pace copy protection you may need to confirm your authorizations for Pro Tools and any plug-ins that are Pace copy protected. It is for these reasons that FAT 32 is the recommended file system.
