Does Pro Tools TDM 5.1 require a floppy drive?
A:
Plug-Ins from third party developers and non-core Digidesign plug-ins often require a floppy drive for floppy disk authorization. The Pro Tools 5.1 application and the DigiRack plug-ins do not require floppy drive authorization.
