When importing sequences from MediaManager to Pro Tools, the Import Tracks dialog opens if there is a mismatch betweensample rate or bit depth, or if the start time of the sequence is before the start time of the session. Otherwise, the ImportTracks dialog does not open, and the sequence is immediately imported. If you want to check certain settings dealing witheffects, gain and automation translation, be sure to hold down the Option key when you drag the sequence from Media-Managerto the Timeline. This forces the Import Tracks dialog to open.
