Pro Tools is sluggish while running on a Unity workspace. There is a delay starting and stopping record & playback, changing windows, etc.
 
A:
Turn off File Sharing on the Mac client. The Mac can be sluggish in general too, even if Pro Tools isn't running, with a Unity workspace mounted.
