The very simplest way to do it is to bounce down your mix with the Avid Compatibility option enabled. The bounced file will have appropriate partial frame padding added (if necessary) so it will spot into the Avid in exactly the same relationship to picture as you see in Pro Tools.If you need to preserve the individual tracks, you could also duplicate the tracks. However, either you or the Avid editor will end up duplicating the files again (you via Export Selected Regions as Files or the Avid editor through the Avid import dialog) to get the file to play in the Avid.
