Pro Tools 5.1.1 Win2K gets the following DAE errors: -6406 (Most often) -7401, -7207

Bad Mix core or Mix farm. Digitest will pass these cardsbut Pro Tools will not even play. After all system resources have been checked and verified including motherboard, cpu, chipsetsand Hard drives the Mix cards need to be returned for repair. Most of the time this will happen after first installation and will have never worked.
