Try the following sequence to eliminate the error:1) Disable the 001 in device manager for the normal hardware profile2) Reboot3) Install Microsoft Office, including Outlook4) Reboot5) Run all Office applications to get them setup properly6) Re-enable the 001 in the normal hardware profile7) Reboot
