Set the MPC to receive M.Clock with song position pointer.In OMS create a device that is the MPC and connect it to your MIDI interface. In Pro Tools, under the MIDI menu go to MIDI Beat Clock pop up and enable MIDI Beat clock and the MPCPut the MPC in song mode. From Pro Tools transport you can now control MPC's tempo and song position.
