My IBM Intellistation M-Pro 6850 will not boot. I recently installed new RAMBUS chips.
 
A:
The IBM Intellistation M-Pro 6850 must have a number of RAMBUS chips that is divisible by 4.If you have 2 chips, you need to add 'dummy' chips in the 3rd and 4th corresponding slots.If you have four chips and add two more, you'll need to add two more 'blanks' to bring it up to equal 8 total chips.
