DAE -7224 error when instantiating a Native Instruments plug-in on a Pro Tools|HD system.

The HD compatible Native Instruments installer installs the Digidesign StreamManager 5.11cs9 extension. This version is not compatible with HD or Pro Tools 5.3 or higher. Remove the 5.11cs9 StreamManager and replace it with 5.3 from the Pro Tools 5.3 installer CD.
