"Bounce handler could not keep up" when bouncing to disk.

In one case this was narrowed down to the Waves Linear Multiband EQ plug-in. Any time the low pass function was automated, Pro Tools would post this error when the bounce hit that automation data. Deleting the automation allowed the session to bounce.
