Why are there 2 Digidesign output options in my Sound Control Panel and which one do I choose?

This will occur if both the Digidesign Control Panel is installed as well as the Digidesign Output/Sound Driver extension. If you are using an Audiomedia III card, remove the Digidesign Control Panel from your Mac's Control Panels folder inside your System Folder. If you are using any other Digidesign hardware with Pro Tools or Pro Tools LE version 5.0.1 and higher, remove the Digidesign Output/Sound Driver extension from your Mac's Extensions folder inside your System Folder.
