When copying files from one 100GB FireWire to another 120GB FireWire drive, after about 75 gigs are copied the Mac OS posts a "error of type -412" message which stops the process. Disk Warrior reports no problems with either drive
 
A:
In one case, this was error was resolved by partitioning the destination drive into two equal volumes.
