Q:
After installing my Pro Tools|HD cards (HD Core and HD Process), my computer (G4 AGP 933MHz) refuses to boot. The power light goes on but nothing else (no Mac chime or monitor activity)
 
A:
In two cases, resetting the motherboard solved this problem. The button to reset the motherboard is located near the battery. Hold it down for at least 5 seconds to perform a complete reset.
