Q:
Although not consistent, it appears that one or more of my 192 I/O's does not initialize properly. I can tell this when the Sync and Sample Rate lights don't come on. Pro Tools will not recognize the interfaces and I am forced to restart the computer to get things to work.
A:
Allowing the chassis to warm up for 30 seconds or more BEFORE powering on the interfaces seems to have solved this problem for one customer.
