Pro Audio Support

Q:
If you move a session to a new directory (on the same drive or a different disk) that had been converted from an OMF file, Pro Tools recalculates the waveforms again.

A:
The problem here is that:1) OMF audio files are treated as read-only by Pro Tools. The waveform data is generated and stored in the cache.wfm file in the folder with the session file.2) There is a bug in the overview cache code of Pro Tools 5.3.1. If the session is moved to a different disk or to a different location on the drive, Pro Tools won't find the overview data in the cache and will regenerate it.
