After installing my Pro Tools|HD system, my computer completely freezes at seemingly random times.

In one case, this behavior was caused when using a Panasonic DA7 as a MIDI Control Surface with Pro Tools (running in HUI emulation mode). Needless to say, breaking communication between Pro Tools and the DA7 resolved the problem.
