"This plugin only processes 48 channels at a time. The current selection is not a multiple of that amount."

This is a known issue when trying to process a file/region with a Digirack audiosuite plug-in such as Gain or Normalize after using a Waves audiosuite plug-in. The workaround is to close the Waves window and then open the Digidesign plug-in before processing.
