Q:
type 2 / type 3 / type 10 crashes when working in ProTools 5.1.1, or when saving a session
A:
Check if there's a ProMax dual head videocard in the mac.If so, please remove the Promax 32-bit accelerator extensions from the extensions folder in the system folder and reboot.The current version of the ProMax extensions is not compatible with the 13-slot chassis.
