Q:
When Bouncing to Disk, the choice to "Import After Bounce" is not available.
A:
To be able to select "Import After Bounce" when Bouncing to Disk, the Format must be set to either Multiple mono or Mono (summed), NOT Stereo Interleaved. Also, the Resolution and Sample Rate must match the Bit Depth and Sample Rate of your Pro Tools Session. If these parameters are set correctly, the choice to select "Import After Bounce" will be available. After the bounce has completed, the Bounce to Disk file will appear in the Audio Regions list in the Edit Window of the Pro Tools session. To check the Bit Depth and Sample Rate of your Pro Tools session:Windows menu > Show Session Setup > Check Bit Depth and Sample Rate.
