Removing a headphone plug from the headphone jack on my iBook (dual USB) while Pro Tools is playing back results in a DAE Error -6089.

Removing the headphone plug can produce electical interference which causes firewire data errors. Pro Tools will become unstable at this point and will require a relaunch. At this time, ibook users should not remove a headphone plug from the headphone jack on the ibook during Pro Tools playback.
