Time compression / expansion (TCE) Plug-In and Trim Tool are expanding the region to the correct length, but not the audio inside it (silent space is left at the end).

When running Pro Tools 5.3.1 TDM on Macintosh and experiencing this problem the best workaround is to remove the 5.3.1 version of the Time Comp-Exp/Pitch Shift plug-in and replace it with the 5.3 version (from the Pro Tools 5.3 TDM Installation CD).
