Focusrite Platinum OctoPre with Digital IO ADAT Card upgrade option model MH436 installed does not accept word clock input at 44100 sample rate.

Some of the first MH436 Digital IO cards had a defect in one of the IC chips. Dealers have been notified of the problem, however, there may still be some of these cards in the field. Please contact Digidesign Technical Support for repair information.
