Q:
After updating from Access Virus to Access Virus Indigo, my old presets are no longer available.
A:
This is a known issue with the Virus Indigo CD installer. When updating from Access Virus to Access Virus Indigo the existing "Virus" presets folder is mistakenly moved to the trash. Before running the Indigo installer please move your "Virus" presets folder from System Folder/DAE Folder/Plug-In Settings to the desktop. When the installer has finished you may move the "Virus" presets folder into System Folder/DAE Folder/Plug-In Settings/Indigo to make older settings accessible to the new Indigo plug-in.Please note that while the CD installer exhibits this problem it has already been fixed on the Indigo web installer available at digidesign.com This warning does not affect users who don't own Access Virus and thus will perform a fresh install (not an update).
