Q:
The faders on the Digi 002 stay stuck at Infinity (all the way down) in Stand Alone Mode and when Pro Tools is launched. However, Pro Tools is able to control the faders on Digi 002, but not the other way around. Digi 002 already has fader firmware update v.105a.
A:
In a couple of cases, the culprit was the AC power in the outlet where the Digi 002 was being used. The AC power must have been reduced and was not able to provide enough juice to the Digi 002. Try plugging the Digi 002 into a AC outlet in a different part of the house (on a different AC circuit) and see if the faders work in Stand Alone mode.
