Pro Audio Support

Q:
I keep getting a "DAE Error 9060" when I play a session or try to work with the waveforms at all in Pro Tools for WindowsXP. What can I do?

A:
This typically means one or more audio files is corrupt but in one case, it was simply the disk allocation. Although the drive letter and location appeared correct, simply clicking in the same location and on each of the audio tracks for this project. It seemed to help a group of sessions.
