My RME Digiface or Multiface does not receive all input channels even when I hook it to a different computer. Where does it store its TotalMix configuration?

The RME Digiface and Multiface actually store the TotalMix configuration within the box itself, not in the software, so if you change the box to a different computer, your TotalMix settings will follow it to the other computer. So, if configuration is set wrong and you are not receiving all inputs or hearing outputs, reset the configuration to default settings in TotalMix and see if that solves the problem; simply switching to another computer will likely not fix the problem.
