There are a few files that do not get copied correctly if antivirus software is turned on during Cool School installs. You should uninstall Cool School, disable your antivirus software (check with your antivirus software's manual on how to do this), and reinstall Cool School. You can re-enable antivirus software after installing.

Here's how you uninstall Cool School:
Double-click on My Computer, go to C drive, Program Files, and simply delete the Cool School folder.
