Hard reset / initialized for the Ensoniq SQ-R

1. Press and hold (SYSTEM)
2. Quickly Press (NO), then release both buttons
3. Display = RE-INITIALIZE ALL RAM?
4. Press (YES)
5. All RAM is erased and all internal programs reset with ROM sounds. (Note: 32 Voice unit replaces internal sounds with factory internal sounds
