Q:
My footswitch is not working on my VoiceWorks, then I powered the unit off and then on and it worked, Why?
A:
The footswitch must be plugged into the unit before you power on. If you plug the footswitch in when the unit is on, the unit can't determine if you have a 1 or 3 button switch. So always make sure you have the footswitch plugged in before you power the unit on.
