Q:
Playback Noise on an AW2816
A:
Playback noise may result from stereo bus compression settings retained by the AW2816 while playing back the DEMO song which contains scene memories that set the stereo dynamics processor. The stereo bus compression settings from the DEMO song will remain until the Initial Data Scene or another scene memory is recalled.
To reset all previous programming settings and eliminate the resulting playback noise, execute the Initial Data Scene recall operation. These steps can be found in the Owner's Manual, p. 129, 346 .
