This is a very recent and known problem- Carillon has sent a system to Digi, they were unable to install Digi002 as well, Carillon tried different mainboards, FW cards, OS updates, 4 different Digi002 units. Currently the reason is unknown but as of 5/16/03 they're working on it.
When loading PT software and it gets to the part where it stops and loads the hardware drivers this error pops up:

The file name, directory name, or volume syntax is incorrect
