The backlight for the display went out on my Akai. How can I get this fixed?
A:
First, let’s make sure that you really have a problem. The Contrast knob also functions as the ON/OFF switch for backlight. Maybe it accidentally got bumped. Pushing the knob should toggle the backlight ON/OFF. Try this first. If you still have a problem it’s time to contact your nearest Akai authorized service facility.
