Are there any compatability issues with motherboards with the Universal Audio UAD1 card?

The MSI K7T266 motherboard is incompatable with the UAD1 card.

The UAD1 card may make your system unable to boot correctly (this will not damage your system). Bootup can be resumed by configuring the BIOS, but the UAD1 will only perform at about 50% of its normal processing power.
