Can I use a 32-bit, 33mHz (standard) PCI card in a 64-bit, 66mHz slot (new PCI standard) on a Windows PC?

Yes, the newer PCI slots should be backwards compatable to the standard 32-bit PCI cards. 32-bit, 66mHz slots should also be backwards compatable. If possible, it's best to check with your motherboard's manual or computer manufacturer to make sure.
