Q:
How do I split the TRITON Le, so that one part of the keyboard plays a sound, and another part of the keyboard plays a different sound?
A:
1) Push the COMBI key.
2) Push the C bank and scroll to 127 (this should be the "initialized bank") 3) hit the MENU key. 4) hit the F2 key for Programs. 5) it will show you 8 voices you can choose from - please select a voice on parts 1 and 2. 6) hit the MENU key again. 7) hit the F3 key for PRM1 and you will on the MIDI page 8) each voice will have either INT or OFF as a selection. Make sure each voice that YOU have chosen will say INT. 9) Hit the MENU button again. 10) Hit the F3 key for KEYZ. 11) each voice will have a selection that says TOP key and Bottom Key - this is where you choose where to split the keyboard itself. 12) once you choose your top and bottom keys please hit the UTILITY menu in the far right corner. 13) it will ask you to either solo or Write the Combi to memory - go ahead and Write to memory - 14) Now exit the edit menu and go the combi mode and play your new COMBI.
